• Proven experience of 10+ years in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on executive hiring and strategic recruitment. • Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale recruitment initiatives within a corporate or conglomerate environment. • Strong understanding of talent acquisition technologies, digital platforms, and data-driven recruitment strategies. • Deep understanding of talent acquisition processes, executive search methodologies, and workforce planning. • Familiarity with the operational context of centralized corporate services, including HR, finance, IT, and legal functions. • Knowledge of industry best practices, market trends, and innovative recruitment strategies.
