Job summary <h2>Job Introduction</h2><p>As a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse, you will join our valued Community Nursing Team based in Gravesend, North Kent. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver care where it matters most, in patients own homes and local communities. You will support individuals with a wide range of healthcare needs, helping them to manage long-term conditions, recover from illness and maintain their independence while avoiding unnecessary hospital admissions. Community nursing offers variety, autonomy and the chance to build meaningful relationships with patients and families. No two days are the same, and you will have the opportunity to develop a broad range of clinical skills while making a genuine difference to the lives of people within your local community. Whether you are newly qualified or already have nursing experience, you will be supported to grow and develop within a friendly, welcoming and collaborative team environment. Newly qualified nurses will also benefit from our award-winning Preceptorship Programme, designed to support your transition into community practice.
