About this role

Job summary

Phlebotomist Band 2, total hrs 69 hrs available

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and committed individual to join our friendly and dynamic team at the Cumberland infirmary The post holder will work with the team to cover all the medical and surgical wards at CIC

Main duties of the job

The candidate would ideally have previous experience in phlebotomy and cannulation.

Primarily to collect blood samples, as requested, from patients by venepuncture. Ensure patient and personal safety through adherence to Trust procedures, protocols and relevant health and safety legislation at all times.
