About this role

Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, hard-working team administrator to join our team working in Neurospychiatry in Llandough Hospital.

The position is 30hrs per week and hours can be worked over 4 or 5 days Monday to Friday.

We are searching for a person who shares our core values including caring for the people we serve and the people we work with; we trust and respect each other, take personal responsibility, treat people with kindness and act with integrity.

The individual must be reliable and flexible to meet service needs and used to working in a busy environment.

The successful candidate will ideally have some previous experience of working within a similar role. Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team would be an advantage as would the ability to support various teams and projects.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Main duties of the job

To provide a full range of clerical services to the Clinical staff within Neuropsychiatry and provide assistance to the Senior Nurse and medical staff. The role is a varied and busy one so you will need to have good interpersonal skills along with good computer and organisational skills. The need for confidentiality is essential in this role as is the attention to detail.
