About this role

Job summary

An opportunity has arisen to join the Assurance team within Occupational Health and Wellbeing. You should be professional and approachable, have the ability to work well under pressure, be organised and have excellent attention to detail.

You must be able to work both independently and as part of a team, be able to liaise with staff at all levels in a confident manner and be willing to learn. You will have experience working in a multi-stakeholder environment.

Main duties of the job

You will need to ensure that the Trust's pre-employment checks and tasks are completed with the highest accuracy on our database system.

You will possess a high level of organisational skills, data entry and have experience with call handling. You will also be able to prioritise your workload and be able to work on your own initiative, while maintaining and delivering the departmental KPIs.

You should be able to ensure confidentiality, in line with the Data Protection Act, GDPR and the Trust's policy on Information Governance, as well as be able to communicate with colleagues and service users, in a multi-stakeholder environment.

You should have a good standard of English, excellent communication skills and be competent with Microsoft Office packages.
