Lead, motivate and develop multidisciplinary clinical teams across the region Champion a culture of high-quality, client-centred care Ensure the highest standards of clinical governance, patient safety and compliance Support and coach managers and clinicians to achieve their full potential Drive service improvements and quality initiatives across multiple treatment centres Work collaboratively with operational and clinical leaders to enhance service delivery and client outcomes Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning and excellence

What We're Looking For

Essential

Registered healthcare professional with a active and valid NMC UK Adult Pin Leadership experience within a healthcare setting Strong understanding of clinical governance, quality assurance and patient safety Proven experience developing, coaching and supporting clinical teams Ability to travel across multiple regional sites
