Job summary We are looking for experienced Health Care Assistants to join our dedicated team, providing high-quality care across our In-Patient Unit, Hospice at Home, Fast Track and Night Sitting Services.
Main duties of the job This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a real difference to people and their families, supporting them with compassion and dignity at one of the most important times in their lives. As much of this role involves caring for patients in their own homes, you will need to be a confident, resilient and independent practitioner, able to work autonomously, make sound decisions within your scope of practice, and respond calmly to changing situations while knowing when to seek support.
