Job SummaryYou will serve as a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST of MARCORSYSCOM.
QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NH-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Major DutiesYou will conduct supportability assessments, establish integrated product support requirements, and develop sustainment documentation that improves system readiness while reducing risk during transition to operational use.You will analyze logistics requirements, identify support risks, recommend corrective actions, and coordinate with stakeholders to develop transition strategies that strengthen product support throughout the acquisition process.You will develop commodity specific processes, tools, and training, evaluate emerging government and industry practices, and recommend improvements that enhance long term sustainment and operational performance.You will represent the organization on boards, committees, and working groups, prepare and deliver clear written and oral presentations, and collaborate with leadership to resolve complex logistics and support challenges.You will evaluate acquisition pathways, develop transition strategies for production and fielding, and apply engineering readiness principles to improve technology maturity, manufacturing capability, and system integration success.You will coordinate with program offices and technical organizations to ensure logistics resources are available, support implementation planning, and oversee activities that improve supportability across major programs and policy changes.
