Job SummaryYou will serve as a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST of MARCORSYSCOM.

QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NH-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Must be knowledgeable of Technical Data Management CATALYST database Must be knowledgeable of Expeditionary Advanced Based Operations (EABO) Must be knowledgeable of Naval Logistics Integration (NLI) Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Major DutiesYou will conduct supportability assessments, establish integrated product support requirements, and develop sustainment documentation that improves system readiness while reducing risk during transition to operational use.You will analyze logistics requirements, identify support risks, recommend corrective actions, and coordinate with stakeholders to develop transition strategies that strengthen product support throughout the acquisition process.You will develop commodity specific processes, tools, and training, evaluate emerging government and industry practices, and recommend improvements that enhance long term sustainment and operational performance.You will represent the organization on boards, committees, and working groups, prepare and deliver clear written and oral presentations, and collaborate with leadership to resolve complex logistics and support challenges.You will evaluate acquisition pathways, develop transition strategies for production and fielding, and apply engineering readiness principles to improve technology maturity, manufacturing capability, and system integration success.You will coordinate with program offices and technical organizations to ensure logistics resources are available, support implementation planning, and oversee activities that improve supportability across major programs and policy changes.
