Job SummaryYou will serve as a Management Analyst in the Manpower, Planning, and Analysis (N1) Department of CENTER FOR SUBMARINE.

QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying and adapting standard approaches to gather, analyze, and evaluate information concerning complex processes and operations for training program development; 2) Designing, developing, and adapting mathematical, statistical, econometric, and other analytical/scientific methods necessary to accomplish various training and modernization improvement projects and programs to support these analyses; 3) Developing long-range program plans, objectives, and milestones, or evaluating the effectiveness of programs; 4) Evaluating and incorporating the work of others into a cohesive final product to present the information on the scope, methods, and results for a varied audience to include higher echelon staff; and 5) Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers, information sources, and team members. Major DutiesYou will serve as the point of contact for training resources for SYSCOM and Training Support Agency (TSA) to evaluate new and updated training requirements for the development of Navy Training System Plants (NTSPs) that impact submarine training.You will develop and review training program analyses that support the development of new submarine training.You will provide analytical and application expertise to support Program Objective Memorandum/Periodic Review (POM/PR) development and meet POM Serial Guidance and program review timelines.You will identify shortfalls/excesses and recommend future programmatic adjustments for realignment billets in support of SUBFOR training requirements.You will continually track POM/PR issue prioritization and validation by Resource Sponsor to ensure all issues are modified accurately and completely.
