QualificationsASSESSMENT FACTORS 1. Anticipates problems and obstacles associated with moderately complex projects and proactively develop creative solutions to address them prior to implementation. 2. Crafts effective recommendations for highly complex or sensitive situations that incorporate strategic direction by identifying the impact of the course of action. 3. Identifies ways to facilitate cooperation and knowledge sharing across organizations to advance projects and goals. 4. Leads colleagues and partner organizations in effectively and efficiently implementing strategic guidance meeting Department and Community goals. 5. Collaborates on interagency basis for disclosure/releasability considerations to enable foreign partner engagement. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Enterprise software development experience. 2.
