Promotion Path: Assistant and Tenure-Track Associate Professors may advance to Tenured Associate Professor after successful tenure review. Outstanding Tenure-Track Associate Professors are eligible for accelerated promotion directly to Full Professor.
Qualifications: Full Professor/Tenured Associate ProfessorCurrent Professor/Associate Professor at top-tier institutions with significant international impact and team leadership capabilities; administrative experience (e.g., Department Chair) is highly valued. Assistant Professor/Tenure-Track Associate Professor for exceptional cases, requires idealy 36+ months of overseas academic work experience; must demonstrate potential for field leadership. Assistant Professor, top-tier talent among peers with strong potential for future academic leadership.
