Job Summary

WiSys is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Support Technician to join our support team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of ERP systems, strong technical skills, and a passion for solving problems. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish and involves providing support to end-users, troubleshooting software issues, writing SQL queries, and generating reports using Crystal Reports.

Key Responsibilities

Provide front-line technical support to customers using WiSys software. Troubleshoot issues related to SAP Business One and Macola ERP systems. Use SQL Server Management Studio to query databases, and analyze data. Create, modify, and troubleshoot Crystal Reports.Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or support ticketing system. Document support cases, resolutions, and best practices. Collaborate with internal teams (development, QA, implementation) to resolve complex issues. Assist in onboarding and training of new users. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and technical expertise.

Qualifications

Required Experience: Previous Experience working with a WMS (Warehouse Management System) Previous experience in a technical support desk or helpdesk environment. Experience with SAP Business One ERP and/or Macola ERP or other ERP. Proficiency in SQL and ability to write and troubleshoot SQL syntax. Familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS). Experience with Crystal Reports development and support.Located in the EST time zone

Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong people skills and customer service orientation. Clear and professional communication abilities in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of warehouse or supply chain processes. Experience supporting warehouse management systems (WMS). Background in software implementation or training.
