What You?ll Be Doing:
* *Customer Experience:* Greet customers with a smile, guide them through our product range, and offer personalized recommendations. * *Cannabis Education:* Share your expertise on different cannabis products, helping customers find the perfect fit for their needs. * *Sales & Transactions:* Handle cash and electronic payments accurately while managing the day-to-day flow of the store. * *Inventory & Store Upkeep:* Keep our shelves stocked and store neat, tidy, and compliant with all regulations. * *Team Support:* Collaborate with your team, follow security protocols, and help maintain a safe, welcoming atmosphere.
What We?re Looking For:
* *Experience:* At least 3 years in customer service (minimum 1 year of cannabis retail experience). * *Tech-Savvy:* Comfortable using Microsoft tools and point-of-sale systems. * *CannSell Certified:* Must have completed CannSell training * *Reliable & Flexible:* Punctual, able to work shifts (including evenings/weekends), and ready for a fast-paced environment. * *Legal & Compliant:* 19+ years old, legally eligible to work in Canada, and able to pass a background and police check. * *Positive Attitude:* Eager to learn, a strong team player, and ready to grow in the cannabis industry.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour
