_*Responsibilities*_
* Coordinate patient treatment plans and schedules to ensure smooth operations within the dental office. * Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment options and financial responsibilities. * Develop and implement training materials for staff to enhance service delivery. * Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality in compliance with regulations. * Collaborate with the dental team to improve patient care and office efficiency. * Utilize instructional design skills to create engaging content for staff training sessions.
_*Qualifications:*_
* High-level knowledge of dental procedures and the ability to discuss treatment plans and communicate with patients professionally. * Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. * Two years of experience working as a Treatment coordinator is required. * Experience with Tracker is a must.
