About this role

Located in the heart of Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, *Rodd Grand Yarmouth* is a full-service waterfront hotel known for its welcoming atmosphere and exceptional guest experiences.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated full-time *Line Cook* to join our culinary team. This role involves preparing and cooking menu items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banquet service.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Prepare and cook menu items to established standards * Operate independently at a designated kitchen station * Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area * Ensure high-quality food presentation and consistency * Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver excellent guest experiences

*Qualifications:*

* Minimum 2 years of line cook experience preferred * Strong knowledge of basic cooking techniques * Ability to work independently on a single station * Passion for delivering exceptional guest service * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Must be able to stand for extended periods
