About this role

Sort cargo and passenger baggage according to instructions. Position passenger loading stairs and operate aircraft cargo doors. Marshall or tow aircraft to gate positions. Unload, sort and route cargo and passenger baggage. Arrange for maintenance and repair work. Operate forklift. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate. Forklift Operator Certification. Vehicle and equipment experience: De-icing sprayers. Security and safety: Airport security clearance. Driver's validity licence check. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Own vehicle. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Physically demanding. Tight deadlines. Handling heavy loads. Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination.
