Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Replace and repair electrical controls and panel boxes. Install underground wiring and cables. Keep maintenance reports and documentation. Test and measure voltage, loads, ground faults integrity of circuits. Troubleshoot and isolate faults. Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications. Experience: Experience an asset. Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
