Let's create impact beyond tomorrow What awaits you Job Responsabilities include but are not limited to: Assist with HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding procedures. Posting job openings on the company website Organize and maintain employee records and databases. Assist with the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs. Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events. Conduct research and help develop HR policies and processes. Maintain and update job descriptions. Perform other HR-related tasks as necessary. Preparing HR reports and data for analysis Assist with data entry and record-keeping tasks Your Profile You contribute Qualifications, Expereince, Behaviours & Skills Graduate/ Last year in Business Administration, psychology, or a related field Excellent analytical, follow-up, time-management, interpersonal, and communication skills. A strong attention to detail Ability to work with different cultures, a good team player.
