About this role
Participation in the development and implementation of the HR strategy in accordance with the Company's business objectives. Management of key HR processes: recruitment, selection, onboarding, employee development, training, performance management, compensation and rewards, and employee retention. Development of competencies, employer branding, and management of employee engagement, motivation, and well-being. Participation in organizational structure planning, job systematization and evaluation, as well as compensation policy development. Ensuring compliance with labor legislation, collective agreements, and internal policies. Participation in internal and external audits and presentation of HR processes in accordance with the requirements of ISO, HACCP, BRCGS, and other applicable standards. Cooperation with management and the Group's HR teams in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects. Performing other tasks within the field of Human Resources according to the needs of the position and upon the instructions of the supervisor. College or university degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in independent or managerial positions within the Human Resources function. Good knowledge of labor legislation and HR processes. Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills. Proactive, independent, and results-oriented approach. Active command of English, both spoken and written. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Permanent employment contract with full-time working hours.
