Job Summary - Job Description Lead the Tenant Services and Experience Team in organizing tenant activities and building a strong, engaged community within the workplace at One Bangkok. Collaborate with in-house tenants and external partners to develop and introduce innovative lifestyle and social engagement initiatives, enhancing tenant satisfaction and generating additional revenue from amenities. Utilize tenant data analytics to customize approaches, ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction and engagement while proactively addressing any concerns or opportunities for improvement. Resolve complex tenant complaints with professionalism and efficiency, leveraging a customer-first approach and ensuring service recovery actions are in place. Liaise with property management and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of tenant services, maintaining a proactive and collaborative approach to addressing tenant needs. Foster a vibrant and inclusive community by promoting personal growth, productivity, and a sense of belonging through a variety of targeted events and activities. Key Qualification At least Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communication or related field 10+ of Work Experience in related field. Strong customer service and relationship management skills with a customer-centric mindset.P Proven ability to handle and resolve tenant or customer complaints effectively and professionally. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage internal and external partners. Experience in planning and executing community engagement, wellness, and networking events. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in interacting with senior executives. Proficiency in CRM systems and customer data management to deliver personalized experiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities for service improvement. Proactive, organized, and collaborative team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
