The Woman RTW Collection Merchandiser focuses on developing the Women’s RTW collection from a qualitative perspective (market, trends, creative development) and an analytical perspective by following up on best sellers and slow movers within the line. Main duties and responsibilities : Contribute to the development of price bands, pre-costing, and pricing. Support the collection briefing for the design office. Summarize requests emerging from the markets. Manage collection timing and follow-up on collection progress during sample launches. Prepare documents for the sales network and for buyers in the showroom. Deliver training activities for the retail channel. Collaborate and provide dynamic support in activities with the press office, production, and retail CRM. Requirements: 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion industry Excellent knowledge of fashion trends; Strong mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail; Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; Effective communication skills; Excellent proficiency with Excel; Fluent in English and Italian.
