Your tasks Build, manage, and schedule SAP background job queues as part of the central background processing team, handling over 250,000 jobs per day Monitor, verify, and recover failed SAP background jobs as part of the daily quality assurance process Handle incidents from 1st-level support as 2nd-level support Escalate background job failures to the appropriate departments Plan, execute, and monitor SAP archiving jobs Design and implement automation solutions in Streamworks for SAP and SAP archiving processes based on application owner requirements Enhance, maintain, and support the existing job scheduling infrastructure across the entire Brose Group Collaborate as part of an international IT team located in Pune and Bamberg Your Profile SAP knowledge, including the ability to monitor and handle background jobs Deeper SAP expertise is helpful but not required Experience with a workload automation tool such as Automic Automation (formerly UC4), BMC Control-M, AutomateNOW!, or a similar solution Willingness to learn the workload automation software used at Brose (Streamworks by Arvato Systems) Ability to understand user requirements and translate them into job definitions Experience with monitoring tools such as Microsoft SCOM (System Center Operations Manager) as an end user Practical experience with Microsoft Windows Ability to work in an international team, preferably with experience in a large enterprise environment Good English language and presentation skills Our company offers a wide range of benefits: work in a modern work environment, professional growth, option to take part in international internships transport allowance or free transport by company buses bonus before Christmas, before holiday, profit sharing support of professional, soft skills training and language education subsidized meals company doctor and physiotherapists company childcare centre, summer camps for children 5 weeks of holiday contribution to a pension scheme and life insurance flexible system of electronic benefits bonus for worked years at Brose CZ, bonus for anniversaries and upon retirement workshops supporting health and balanced lifestyle contributions for blood donors, support of leisure time and sport activities
