Skills and experience sought after include: Experience in a mine-based office administrative role Solid knowledge in all Microsoft Office applications Experience is using SAP and INX software is highly regarded Valid driver’s licence, manual preferred About the Role Managing the flights, accommodation and site access for new employees, visiting staff and contractors. Maintaining accurate records, including a variety of site reports for the department Acting as the point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, on a range of matters ensuring smooth information flow.
