Here at GXO logistics , we are looking for permanent, full-time Warehouse Operatives to join our Ikea team in Dartford . Career development and progression What you will do on a typical day: Work safely as part of a team, following Health & Safety procedures Pick, check, and handle stock accurately and efficiently Operate basic warehouse and mechanical handling equipment safely Maintain high quality standards and ensure orders are prepared correctly Support warehouse efficiency through general housekeeping duties What you need to succeed at GXO: Able to work well in a team and follow instructions Reliable, self-motivated, and flexible in approach to work Capable of reading instructions and counting accurately Physically able to handle stock and use equipment safely Previous warehouse experience or forklift licence is desirable but not essential We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
