Position Title: Branch Head Job Summary: Process and interpret information to derive meaningful insights, make informed decisions, and leverage insights to think creatively and explore unconventional solutions. Identify and contact potential customers in order to generate new business Persuade potential customers to purchase products or services Build connections with customers and lay the foundation for trust Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities Understand and use modern technology effectively Role Exposure: Willingness to be assigned anywhere within the Area or Region, as needed Must demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and alignment with the bank’s core values High resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, performance- driven environment Strong customer orientation and commitment to delivering exceptional service Enjoy a rewarding career and build a competitive profile with the Philippines's Strongest Bank Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, or any related field Master’s degree or relevant post- graduate studies is as advantage Certifications in sales, leadership, or banking operations are preferred but not required Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in banking, including at least five (5) years in a managerial or supervisory role within branch operations Proven track record in sales generation, client relationship management, and team leadership Experience in overseeing full branch operations.
