Position Title: Management Trainee Role Exposure: As a Management Trainee for the Relationship Manager Track, you will: Develop a holistic understanding of commercial banking and relationship management within one of the strongest banks in the Philippines Build leadership capabilities and a strong foundation for a rewarding career as a Bank Officer Gain hands-on exposure to key banking functions through immersive learning experiences and cross-functional rotations Learn directly from seasoned banking professionals and subject matter experts across the Bank Develop the skills needed to become a trusted advisor to businesses and institutional clients Job Summary: This is an accelerated management trainee program designed to prepare high-potential talent for future Relationship Manager and commercial banking roles. The program combines: Structured classroom training Business immersions Cross-functional rotations Leadership development programs A comprehensive business revalida Successful trainees will be deployed to designated Relationship Management roles upon completion of the program. Throughout the program, trainees will develop competencies in: Banking Foundations & Governance Credit & Risk Management Holistic Banking Solutions Legal, Remedial, and Recovery Functions Relationship Management & Advisory, Consultative Selling and Negotiation, and Influencing Skills Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accountancy, or related disciplines Strong analytical aptitude and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret financial and business information Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the potential to build strong client relationships Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and achievement through academic, organizational, or professional experiences Strong interest in commercial banking, credit analysis, and relationship management Learning agility, resilience, and drive to succeed in a dynamic, high-performance environment Why Join the Program? Job Rotation will be conducted in their assigned home branch. Onsite work arrangement Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM – 05:30 PM
