About this role
Corporate Finance • Support the development and implementation of strategic borrowing solutions, ad-hoc corporate and working capital facilities, and other financing products addressing the Company's funding requirements. • Coordinate international procurement opportunities to assess Financed EPC (EPC-F), ECA-backed financing and commitment structures, while supporting financial due diligence, KyC, onboarding and lender engagement activities. • Prepare and maintain corporate, EPC project and financing presentations, bank information packages, transaction analyses, management reports and other strategic decision-support materials. • Support the structuring, negotiation and execution of financing transactions by coordinating term sheets, facility agreements, legal documentation, conditions precedent, utilisation requirements and reporting obligations. • Maintain effective working relationships with international commercial banks, Export Credit Agencies (ECAs), selected Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) and other financing partners. • Contribute to digital transformation initiatives, including AI-enabled and analytics-driven enhancements to financing, reporting and transaction management processes. Structured Finance • Support the assessment, structuring and execution of Financed EPC (EPC-F) transactions. • Coordinate financing workstreams with internal departments and external financial, legal, tax, technical, environmental and other advisers throughout due diligence, documentation, financial close and post-closing activities. • Prepare project teasers, financing presentations, information memoranda and other transaction materials for banks, ECAs, DFIs, employers and other stakeholders. • Evaluate financing structures, lender requirements, indicative financing terms, project bankability and transaction risks, and prepare recommendations for management review. • Support the structuring, negotiation and lifecycle management of direct, bank-supported and ECA-backed guarantee facilities, including guarantee wording, pricing, issuance, amendments and releases. • Support the evaluation and execution of FX hedging and Supply Chain Finance (SCF) solutions in connection with corporate and project financing activities. • Prepare internal approval papers, transaction trackers and regular management reporting relating to financing and guarantee workstreams. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline from a reputable institution; a postgraduate qualification is considered an asset. • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance, structured finance, project finance or banking, preferably within the energy, infrastructure or EPC sectors. • Familiarity with Financed EPC (EPC-F), Export Credit Agency (ECA)-backed financing, corporate lending, structured guarantee facilities, FX hedging and Supply Chain Finance (SCF) products. • Experience in coordinating with international commercial banks, Export Credit Agencies (ECAs), Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) and professional advisers. • General understanding of term sheets, facility agreements, guarantee documentation, financing documentation and financial due diligence processes. • Strong analytical, coordination, presentation and communication skills. • Excellent command of written and spoken English. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
