About this role
Your Key Responsibilities: 现场维修维护管理。On-site repair and maintenance 生产线维护主数据（设备清单、备件清单、维护指导书，维护计划，换型指导书）。维护标准化作业文档（特定制造工艺的维护说明，如电极和镜头清洁，更换电极，特定TPM 维护）。Master data of Production line (equipment list, spare part list, maintenance plan maintenance WI, changeover WI).Maintain maintenance of standardization documentation (Maintenance instructions for specific manufacturing processes, such as electrode and lens cleaning, electrode replacement, specific TPM maintenance etc.). 监控产线绩效（设备故障率（MTTR/MTBF）、设备综合效率（OEE）、一次通过率FPY、质量事故）并主导备件降本。Monitor line performance (MTTR/MTBF, OEE, FPY, incidents) and lead cost reduction activities of spare parts. 设备维修经验的总结和分享；Equipment maintenance experience summary and sharing; 为备件和外部服务（包括采购、物流、进出口、金融、税务、IE等）提供技术支持和文件，并支持备件管理制定库存改进计划；Provide technical support and documentation for spare parts and external service (including purchase, logistics, import and export, finance, taxation, IE etc.) & make Inventory improvement planning for spare parts management Your Qualifications 3年的维修或设备行业经验;3 years working experience in maintenance or equipment field 技术类本科及以上学历;At least bachelor degree of technology 机械、电气、气动、自动化、PLC、机器人、视觉、焊接技术知识;Mechanical, pneumatic, automation, PLC, cobot, robot, vision, welding technology knowledge 质量意识;Quality Awareness 英语流利 ;English skills 熟悉并能应用Office和SAP。Know well and can apply Microsoft office and SAP
