Development Specialist – Role Overview We are looking for a talented Development Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in software development principles and proficiency across multiple programming languages, including Node.js, TypeScript, Python, and Java . Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend and full-stack applications Build RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js, TypeScript, Python, and Java Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product) to deliver high-quality solutions Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for data modeling and integration Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks Qualifications & Experience Core Requirements 3+ years of hands-on software development experience Strong foundation in general software development principles and system design Proficiency in at least two of the following: Node.js, TypeScript, Python, Java Experience building APIs and microservices architectures Technical Skills Backend frameworks (Express.js, NestJS, Spring Boot, Django/FastAPI, etc.) Strong understanding of object-oriented and functional programming concepts Experience with databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar Familiarity with API design patterns (REST, GraphQL) Version control systems (Git) Knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, PyTest, Jest, etc.) Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Preferred Qualifications Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) Exposure to event-driven architecture and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) Familiarity with frontend technologies (React, Angular) is a plus Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments Understanding of security best practices in application development Educational Background B.Tech/B.S./ M.S. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field Additional Skills & Preferred Qualifications Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills Self-motivated, customer-focused, and detail-oriented mindset Exposure to event-driven architecture and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) Familiarity with frontend technologies (React, Angular) is a plus Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments Understanding security best practices in application development Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) – strongly preferred Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification – a plus ITIL certification – a plus Our Offering; We will provide a collaborative environment working on exciting assignments, along with ongoing personal & career development opportunities.We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement.
