If you're passionate about fresh food, enjoy leading by example, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you! 🍞 What You'll Be Doing Supporting the Bakery Manager in the day-to-day running of the department. Leading, coaching and motivating the bakery team. Producing high-quality bakery products our customers love. Ensuring excellent food safety, hygiene and compliance standards. Assisting with ordering, stock control and minimising waste. Helping deliver a department that is clean, well-presented and customer focused. ⭐ We're Looking For Someone Who: ✔ Has previous bakery or supermarket experience (leadership experience is an advantage). ✔ Leads with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. ✔ Enjoys mentoring and developing others. ✔ Has excellent organisation and communication skills. ✔ Takes pride in producing quality products every day. ✔ Can work efficiently in a busy environment and make sound decisions. ✔ Is reliable and committed to early starts. 🕓 Hours Tuesday – Saturday 4:00am – 1:00pm 💛 Why Join PAK'nSAVE Hornby?
