Role Purpose We are seeking a procurement professional who can independently manage sourcing projects while building trusted relationships with suppliers and stakeholders. The successful candidate will participate in end-to-end sourcing activities, support commercial negotiations, and contribute to procurement process excellence within a fast-moving international environment. This role offers extensive exposure to global procurement practices, digital transformation initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration opportunities. Key Responsibilities Strategic Sourcing Support Execute sourcing initiatives from demand identification through supplier selection and award recommendation. Coordinate competitive bidding, quotation requests, and commercial evaluations. Assist in developing sourcing approaches that balance quality, service, risk, and cost objectives. Maintain accurate documentation throughout procurement activities. Supplier & Business Engagement Work directly with vendors to obtain quotations, clarify requirements, and resolve sourcing-related matters. Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and procurement priorities. Promote compliance with procurement standards, policies, and approved sourcing methodologies. Process Improvement & Digital Adoption Identify opportunities to improve procurement efficiency and stakeholder experience. Support implementation and usage of procurement technology, automation tools, and AI-enabled solutions. Ensure sourcing activities are completed accurately and in accordance with established processes. Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing Cooperate with category specialists and procurement leaders on sourcing strategies and market insights. Contribute actively to a collaborative and knowledge-driven working environment. Support continuous improvement initiatives across local and global procurement teams. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Engineering, or other relevant disciplines. Minimum 3 years of procurement experience within the real estate industry. Proven involvement in end-to-end procurement, sourcing, tender management, contract negotiation, or supplier management activities. Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing sourcing requests independently. Exposure to facility management, property operations, engineering services, or related indirect procurement categories would be advantageous. Experience in multinational organizations or shared-service environments would be advantageous. Skills & Competencies Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into sourcing solutions. High attention to detail with strong execution discipline. Comfortable operating in a dynamic, international, and fast-paced environment. Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Personal Attributes Self-driven and proactive mindset.
