This is a temporary based role (till Sept'27) About the Role As part of the Global Brands and Global Accounts team, you play a key role in the development and launch of new products. You support the entire team in various technical and operational tasks, collaborating closely with Product Experts and Customer R&D teams. Your responsibilities range from following up on trial productions to accurately recording data in Salesforce and Labshop, managing sample shipments, managing less complex NPI projects and identifying the right products within the standard portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Supporting the Global Brands and Global Accounts team in technical and operational tasks. Navigating the standard product portfolio to select suitable products for specific requests. Following up on requests and trial productions, ensuring materials are available and aligning on planning. Accurately recording activities in Salesforce and requesting lab and taste analyses. Ensuring the correct dispatch of samples, both internally and externally. Collaborating with Product Experts and Customer R&D teams in order to reach project milestones on time. Managing less complex NPI projects. Keeping an overview of ongoing activities and ensuring the team is correctly informed. Acting as a power user for internal tools: providing input on improvements and testing new updates. About you: Experience in product development and project management. Strong interest in the technical aspects of products. Proactive, organised, committed, and enthusiastic. Excellent communication skills. Creative thinker and problem solver. Hands-on mentality Team player with an affinity for technical knowledge in food products (experience with chocolate, confectionery, dairy, etc. is a plus). Fluent in business English and/or Dutch. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Food Science or a related scientific field. 2-3 years of experience in the food industry. Experience in projectmanagement. Good knowledge of MS Office, Salesforce, SAP, and Labshop.
