About this role
Roles & Responsibility • Develop growth strategies and action plans for new large accounts by working through strategic channels, including distributors and system integrators, in targeted industries. • Prepare annual budget planning and quarterly business plans ensuring achievement of KPIs and strong growth. Develop quarterly countermeasures to get back to the budget if missed. • Build sales and marketing strategy in collaboration with regional and local marketing teams to strategically position UR and create brand awareness in target large accounts. • Facilitate regular joint visits with distributor’s sales teams & system integrators to targeted large accounts to identify and close new and repeat business. • Conduct sales activities and analyze sales reports using CRM or Sales force. • Approximately 70% travel, mainly domestic. Qualifications • Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic) would be a plus. • Minimum of 8+ years of proven sales or business development experience, with a demonstrated track record of developing and managing accounts from SMEs to large end users in logistics & warehouse, food & beverage, semiconductor & electronics, metal fabrication/CNC, and medical & pharma industries. • Experience in collaborative robots, AMR/AGV, warehouse automation, intralogistics, robotic applications, system integration, and industrial automation is preferred. • Familiarity with target segments such as electronics manufacturing, semiconductor, logistics, warehouse automation, automotive, metal fabrication, and factory automation is preferred. • Business proficiency in English is mandatory (written and spoken). • Capable of structured sales, plans, budgets, pipeline management & marketing activity. • Business acumen capable on different decision levels from senior management to technical teams. • Strong communication & presentation skills with a good understanding of cross cultural differences • Senior sales capability to independently manage large accounts, complex opportunities, annual targets, key negotiations, and Taiwan market results, while effectively driving cross-functional resources and collaboration with Asia/APAC regional teams.
