Come and join the team! Spanning across two hotels and our very own holiday village, a day in our operation is never dull. Shift opportunities include: Full Time (5 days out of 7) Breakfast Shifts (6am until 2pm) Evening Shifts (2pm until 10pm) Due to the nature of the operation, weekend availability is essential What's in it for you? A day in the life of a Commis Chef would include... Preparing and cooking food for our hotel guests Developing and maintaining a full knowledge of menu items and dishes served Work collaboratively with the other chefs regarding to maintain food levels, quality and brand standards Maintain high standards of food hygiene, health, and safety Working with the other chefs to ensure all shift opening and closing checklists are completed Learning procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks and undertaking relevant training as required What is required for this role?
