About this role
We are hiring a Maintenance Electrician with a valid Certified Electrician license . Responsibilities: Perform preventive and routine maintenance of building systems Handle maintenance issues according to urgency and priority Respond to service requests from employees Knowledge and hands-on experience with electrical systems, plumbing, and fire detection and suppression systems Supervise, coordinate, and oversee contractors (electricity, plumbing, fire systems, and renovations) Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations Work as part of a professional and collaborative maintenance team Availability for on-call maintenance during weekends and holidays, as needed Requirements: Valid Certified Electrician license – mandatory Good level of English At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role – an advantage High sense of responsibility, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
