CONSULTANT, MARKET ENTRY Responsibilities: Provide legal advisory to multinational clients seeking to establish or expand their presence in Vietnam; Support issues related to company/ representative office’s licenses; Drafting related documents, and working with 3rd parties (such as legal firms, translation or property management companies); Search for legal regulations related to clients' activities; Other assignments as required. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law / Business Administration / Commercial; 1-2 years in Legal / Licensing fields; Familiar with Investment & Enterprise Laws; Good English in 4 skills; Experience in a consulting firm is a plus; Be a communicator and able to thrive in an MNC environment; Professional, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work under high pressure/deadlines.
