We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Assistant Manager, PEO. T his position is based in Hong Kong. Key responsibilities: In charge of a portfolio of clients and provide end-to-end recruitment solutions from client briefing, interview & screening, offer & verification, to candidate onboarding etc. Maintain candidate database via ATS and identify potential individuals Map suitable candidate based on function and role offered by the client Conduct initial screening, assessments and in-depth interviews of candidates to finalise shortlist of qualified candidates for each assignment Keep abreast of market information such as remuneration benchmark, manpower trends, competitor analysis etc. Liaise with ATS service provider on system enhancement and maintenance Achieve the business goal and financial objectives of the department Coach and provide guidance for the junior consultants Strategically build long-term relationship with new and current clients / business associates and to strive for new business opportunities in a competitive environment Networking to build more clients’ portfolios and information, which turn into new business opportunities Assess and respond to client’s needs from time to time Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned by the immediate supervisor Key requirements: Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Studies, Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines Minimum of 6 years’ experience in recruitment agency, with proven track record in successful recruitment Enthusiastic, motivated, target-driven Enjoy building relationships Highly effective written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese; Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage If you are excited about working with us, we encourage you to apply or have a confidential chat with one of our Talent Acquisition team members.
