We're looking for a People Excellence Lead to help shape and enhance how we deliver People processes across the organization. In this role, you'll drive improvement initiatives, leverage people insights and analytics, and support the adoption of digital solutions that create value for employees, managers, and the business. What you'll do Drive improvements across key People processes and ways of working Lead cross-functional projects and change initiatives Use People Analytics to generate insights and support decision-making Drive adoption and optimization of People technology and digital solutions Strengthen governance, standards, and best practices across the People function Explore opportunities to leverage AI and automation Partner with stakeholders across functions, countries, and leadership levels Who you are You are a curious, analytical, and results-oriented HR professional who enjoys turning ideas into action. You build strong relationships, influence stakeholders effectively, and thrive in environments where change and continuous improvement are part of everyday work. You bring: 7-10 years of experience within HR, organizational development, consulting, or related People functions Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle Experience leading projects, change initiatives, and process improvements Strong analytical skills and experience working with people data Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills Fluent English, written and spoken It's a plus if you have Experience from an international matrix organization Experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors Experience within People Analytics, workforce planning, or organizational effectiveness Experience applying AI, automation, or other digital tools in HR Experience supporting talent, performance, or engagement processes Why join us?
