CUSTOMER CARE TRAINEE BMW FINANCIAL SERVICES The Customer Care Trainee serves as a key contributor within the Customer Operations team in Mexico combining operational precision with an analytical, process-driven, and customer-oriented approach. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Call Center operational governance, vendor performance monitoring, complaint management follow-ups, and administrative processes such as invoice validation and payment requisitions. The position plays a critical role in identifying operational gaps, driving continuous service improvement, and supporting cross-functional CX initiatives, ensuring that service delivery standards align with regional compliance, vendor commitments, and strategic business goals. WHAT AWAITS YOU? Support complaint management activities by consolidating information, monitoring resolution progress and coordinating follow-up actions with responsible parties. Coordinate administrative activities related to external vendors, including invoice validation, payment requisitions, purchase orders and approval follow-up. Maintain oversight of vendor contracts, service deliverables and vendor-related expenses, supporting budget monitoring and timely processing of supplier payments. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related. Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive action plans to completion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks, operational gaps and improvement opportunities. Interest in Customer Experience, Customer Care operations, vendor management and continuous improvement. Fluency in Spanish and English.
