The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise. Your new responsibilities Responsible for product yield target setting & product yield improvement roadmap for QFN Product. Drive & work together with Process Engineering/Chip Change/Production team on product yield improvement activities to ensure product yield target is achieve. Responsible for product BOM update/revise, product accounting standard update/revise, product flow chart update/revise. Responsible & work together with Process Engineering / Production team on the New Material Setup (new 11 series) in production line. Participate & support in the low complex projects / change project activities, such as chip change/phase in, new derivative products, etc.Drive on productivity improvement projects. To be responsible for PVDB static changes, include review PVDB static changes and approve the change & Request for test program update. To be responsible for FBA/ AFBA maverick lot disposition and drive for improvement (RC, CA and PA)- machine over reject, invalid improvement, process or chip related issues. To define FBA/ AFBA maverick procedure. To lead or provide support on internal/ external quality issues. What we look for Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Science in Physics, Bachelors of Electronic Engineering and equivalent engineering courses. Min. 3-5 years involved in the LED Manufacturing / Semiconductors Field with working experience in Product Engineering, Product Development or Product Characterization on the LED Manufacturing Field. Experience & ability to lead a group of engineers & technician. Knowledge on Semiconductors & LED Characteristic and electronics. Knowledge on LED Manufacturing Process, LED Testing Concept. Skilled in the Minitab, 6 Sigma Tools. Having Details & Strong Analytical Skills, being systematic in 8D problem solving, with Planning & Organizing Skills and Project Management Skills.
