Website: HMTR | Hyundai Motor Türkiye We want you to: Monitor, analyze, and improve production line efficiency to achieve productivity targets Identify production-related issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions Manage manpower planning and support employee performance evaluation processes Lead and coordinate production teams to ensure achievement of departmental KPI targets Drive continuous improvement activities related to safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity Initiate and lead projects to reduce scrap rates and manufacturing losses Promote, evaluate, and implement employee suggestions and improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and management systems Lead activities related to Occupational Health & Safety, ergonomics, and environmental sustainability Prepare, analyze, and report production performance indicators Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and Occupational Health & Safety Management System requirements Promote and maintain a safe working environment through active participation in occupational health and safety activities You will also need to have: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering field 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in the automotive industry Knowledge of production processes, continuous improvement methodologies, and lean manufacturing principles Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural environments Excellent communication, presentation, reporting, and organizational skills Advanced command of written and spoken English Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Results-oriented with a strong focus on quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction No restrictions for domestic and international travel Valid driving license Residing in Kocaeli or willing to relocate We Offer Working on a global level and recognized internationally, Chance to enhance your competencies and unlock your potential, Structured training and ongoing career development, Flexible working hours (Flextime), Flexible benefits, Comprehensive private health insurance, Casual dress code
