Tasks: Provide high‑quality support to customers and partners, building lasting relationships. Creating and following up on offers Order entry and processing License management and renewal Close collaboration with the key account manager and internal specialist departments Determining, recording and monitoring customer needs per project and comparing them with incoming orders Coordination and management of cross-departmental sales projects, including coordination with internal departments and external partners. Supporting Sales management in budget planning, forecasting, steering and the implementation of strategic sales initiatives. Creation and Maintenance of Customer Master Data Profile: Completed commercial or technical training with professional experience, ideally in sales administration Experience with ERP/CRM systems and processes Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel Very good written and spoken English language skills; Mandarin language skills are an advantage Sales-oriented, analytical thinking for project contexts Excellent communication skills and joy interacting with customer Independent, structured and reliable work ethic
