Job Overview Manages defined sourcing initiatives and category activities that balance procurement execution with strategic sourcing objectives. Supports category strategy development and driving measurable improvements in cost, supply resilience, and supplier performance. Job Requirements Driving cost reduction, productivity, and compliance initiatives with suppliers. Managing RFQ and negotiation processes for assigned materials or services. Monitoring sourcing KPIs such as savings pipeline, supplier consolidation, and risk indicators. Supporting development and execution of category and commodity strategies. Supporting make-versus-buy analysis, supplier alignment, and early supplier involvement activities. Collaborating with engineering and manufacturing to ensure sourcing decisions support product and operational requirements.
