Job Description POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY To assist the Senior Operation Officer in the monitoring of the Terminal operations; Airside operations and to ensure compliance with all related documents ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS Ensure highest standards of cleanliness in the terminal building and ensure cleaning contractor follows the contract Ensure all facilities/equipment are operational at all times Ensure all charges are paid promptly Ensure all directives being carried out and obeyed for the smooth running of terminal operations Receive payment on all security charges example airport passes; escort charge and vehicle/driving permit Carry out survey for airport efficiency evaluation Report any incident/accident to Head of Operations immediately Carry out any directives given by airport higher authority. Key Challenges To ensure highest standards of cleanliness is achieved according to the standard set by the management (daily inspection of all toilets is required) To handle and resolve all customers complaint To coordinate with other units as to ensure all facilities provided are in good working condition Skills Possess basic knowledge on Airport Operations Management Relevant Industries Preferable diploma with minimum 1 year relevant working experience Education Diploma in any discipline preferably in Engineering/ Management/ Transportation Additional Information Open for Malaysian citizens only.
