About this role
Laboratory Coordinator (m/f) Coordinate and ensure excellence in the execution of laboratory tests on site, ensuring efficient management of human and technical resources, the operability of laboratory equipment, and the organization of technical files, promoting a culture of results and continuous improvement in team performance. Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System, as established in the NA ISO 17025:2005 Standard, assuming technical and quality management responsibilities within the implemented system. Job Requirements and Skill Profile 12th grade of education and/or Bachelor's degree in Geological Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering; Technical training in Civil Construction and/or Geotechnical Laboratory; Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in similar roles; Proficiency in Test Matrices and/or Test Reports; Knowledge of Laboratory Materials and Equipment, as well as Laboratory Testing of Concrete, Soils, Bituminous Mixtures, Aggregates, Bituminous Binders, and Hydraulics; Analysis and interpretation in the pursuit of the best decisions; Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; Fluency in French (required); Problem analysis and resolution; Customer and results-oriented; Leadership and teamwork skills; Initiative and proactivity; Rigor and reliability; Availability for mobility.
