Could you be the full-time Team Leader (Services) in Delhi Sarita Vihar Depot(SVD) we’re looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your leadership and operational expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic, motivated, and collaborative teammates. You'll play a key role in leading and supporting your team to deliver exceptional service demands at the depot, ensuring rolling stock maintenance, servicing, and renovation activities meet customer requirements. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Production Managers, other Team Leaders, industrial teams), manage team deployment, and support continuous improvement initiatives, and much more. You’ll specifically take care of team management, safety compliance, and performance monitoring, but also contribute to process improvement and team development. We’ll look to you for: Leading and managing team members to meet maintenance and servicing requirements within the working timetable Delivering Start of Shift Briefings (SOSB) and End of Shift Briefings (EOSB) Ensuring the safety of equipment, tooling, and the work environment Providing real-time updates on work progress and addressing deviations Conducting team communication and providing regular feedback Supporting team development through skills reviews and training identification Proactively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and process audits Ensuring 5S standards are fully implemented and maintained All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
