KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Support business performance through strategic HR application Drive and govern HR Service Delivery Optimise talent management within the hospital Promote and lead employee engagement Lead workforce optimisation and remuneration Lead and manage the people in the Human Resource Department Enable transformation through Employment Equity management and fair HR practice REQUIRED EDUCATION 3 year Degree/Diploma in Human Resources REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 5-8 years recent generalist experience in Human Resources. Experience in Labour Relations/Learning and Development is desirable.
