What is the role about? Do you enjoy transforming ideas into robust mechanical designs? Are you passionate about developing innovative products using Aluminum /Investment casting, Metal (Carbon Steel) forging and sheet metal technologies? Do you excel at collaborating with global stakeholders to bring concepts into successful series production? Which tasks will you perform? Conceptualize, design and validate mechanical components and assemblies Drive product development from concept to series production Perform FEM analysis and mechanical simulation Collaborate with global R&D, SCM, Quality and Manufacturing teams Manage CAD models, drawings and engineering documentation Product Validation & Analysis What do we expect from you? Bachelor’s/master’s degree in mechanical engineering 8-10 years’ experience in mechanical design and product development Expertise in casting, forging and sheet metal design Knowledge of Creo, Ansys, SAP ECTR and PLM systems Demonstrated Abilities of Performing Mechanical Integrity Analysis and come up with feasibility analysis. Solid Knowledge of Geometrical Product Specifications (ISO GPS) Proficiency in 3D CAD Design. Experience in Mechanical Simulation and FEM Analysis. Experience with Product Development, Manufacturing Technologies, and Project based work environment Strong analytical and communication skills What can you expect from us?
