We are seeking three experienced and motivated Senior Clinical Nurses to join our Patient Solutions team, delivering high-quality care as part of the Baxter Homecare Programme.
This is acommunity role where you will combine clinical expertise with leadership responsibility, supporting both patients and a small team of nurses across your region.

As a Senior Clinical Nurse, you will:
Lead, support, and mentor a small team of nurses (up to 5)Deliver safe, effective, and patient-centred care in homes, hospitals, and via virtual consultationsSupport patients transitioning from hospital to community careBuild and maintain strong relationships with patients, carers, NHS hospitals, and key stakeholdersMonitor and manage performance against KPIs, audits, and service standardsDeputise for the Nurse Manager when requiredParticipate in the on-call rotaWhat We Offer

Person Specification
Experience Essential
To be successful in this role, you will have: Current NMC registration Minimum 2 years post-registration experience Demonstrable leadership or mentoring experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A strong patient-focused approach Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across your region
Desirable
Desirable: Experience with CVAD, parenteral nutrition, or similar therapies
Qualifications Essential
NMC Registered Nurse with 2+ years post-registration experience
