Your RoleWork closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and support the hiring process.Serve as the direct point of contact for all candidates, manage candidate communications, and lead the interview process.Manage multiple job openings simultaneously and create and screen candidate pools.Manage online and offline interview schedules, manage job advertisements, create interview packets, reimburse expenses, and create and send offer letters.Manage applicant data and report recruitment results in line with internal company metrics.Participate in marketing to domestic and overseas universities, as well as recruitment-related projects in Tokyo and the Asian region.Work with relevant departments within the company to send information to accepted applicants and new employees.
